For more than 20-years Spotlight on the Southwest has successfully combined educational seminars, networking functions and a trade show designed to build business relationships between tour operators and suppliers. Over three days business is conducted with one of the highlights being an Itinerary Development exercise on the final day. New tour itineraries are created to off the beaten path destinations, using the closest gateway cities as arrival and departure points.
Tour operators attending are primarily domestic, including Canada and range from small operations to large receptive companies and everything in between. The ratio of suppliers to operators never exceeds 2.5-1. A Buyer’s pre-FAM will be April 26-28, 2020.
