- Reservation Policy: Contract Group Sales to make a reservation. 10% deposit plus $10 processing fee due at time of reservation. Signed contract is also required. Final payment due three weeks prior to show date.

- Cancellation Policy: Reservation must be cancelled, in writing, three weeks prior to the show date to not lose deposit. No monetary refunds given. A Broadway Palm credit will be issued.

- Hours of Operation: – Monday & Tuesday 10- 4 pm – Wednesday – Saturday 10-7:30 pm – Sunday 10- 3 pm – hours may vary based on performance schedule
- Best Time for Group Visits – Any time! Dutch Apple operates all year long.
- Reservation Policy: A $100 deposit is due within 30 days of making the reservation. Final Count and payment are due three weeks prior to the performance. (Four weeks for concerts and Christmas show)
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days prior to the performance will receive a refund of the deposit. Tickets are non-refundable.

Q1: Can I purchase Group tickets online?
Group reservations are not available online. Please call Michelle in Group Sales at 717-898-1900 x102 to reserve the best available seating on your requested date for your group
Q2: When will I know the location of my reserved seats?
Once we receive your final count and payment, a seating chart with your table locations marked will be sent to you. To ensure quick seating the day of show, please assign your group members to specific tables before arrival.
Q3: Do you offer marketing materials to help sell the show to my group?
