Tips for Booking Group Tickets

  • Always request the maximum number of tickets you think you’ll need. You can always decrease the number before payment is due, but you may not be able to add to your order.
  • Always provide alternate choices. Groups that offer up to two options—seating, date, or show—always have more luck getting what they want. Use the site’s feature to rank three choices in order of preference and prioritize what’s important to you.
  • For best availability, consider sitting in the front mezzanine. Most Broadway theaters are small, and sitting upstairs offers excellent views. Or look for weeknight shows, which generally have better seat availability than weekends. Some weeknight shows start earlier—always check the start time.
