Day 1 – Thursday – George Washington’s Mount Vernon & Colonial Dining

Arrive in Mount Vernon, VA, and step into the world of America’s first president.

  • Mount Vernon Estate Tour – Explore one of America’s most treasured historic sites, complete with museum exhibits, gardens, and a guided tour of Washington’s mansion. Visit the Ford Orientation Center, Donald W. Reynolds Museum and Education Center, and the Distillery & Gristmill.
  • Dinner at Mount Vernon Inn – Enjoy an authentic 18th-century-inspired meal at Washington’s estate.

Day 2 – Friday – James Madison’s Montpelier & Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello

Travel to Montpelier, home of James Madison, the “Father of the Constitution.”
