CALIFORNIA – The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institution in Simi Valley, California, has announced its Operation Nighthawk Landing project, a joint effort with Lockheed Martin to bring an F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Fighter to the Reagan Library and Museum for permanent exhibition has been completed.
