I’m sitting by the side of our neighborhood pool in California. But I’m reminiscing on my recent tour leading experience in England.
I and my group settled for a week in the Cotswolds, visiting different towns and villages each day in our private minicoach, but returning to our home base in Chipping Campden each night. The Noel Arms Hotel with its cozy fire in the evenings was home to us, perfectly located on High Street with shops and eateries stretched on either side. In front was the village market hall where locals sold their produce in the 17th century. And everywhere were beautiful homes with thatched roofs and gorgeous gardens.
