Wanted to thank collette and the guide for helping to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversity in Greece. We loved everything and the guide was informative took us places that we weren’t,expecting, rooms were clean ,people very friendly. We’re ready to go back again.

We love Sheboygan too, but next time you visit Wisconsin you’ll have to visit the small suburban cities in Ozaukee County. There are a lot of interesting places to visit, interesting history and unique festivals in Grafton, Port Washington, Cedarburg and Mequon. These cities are also along Lake Michigan, south of Sheboygan and north of Milwaukee. Grafton, WI has several festivals including the Paramount Blues Festival with history from the Parmount Record Company and Port Washington has the World’s Largest One Day Outdoor Fish Fry in July. Back in the late 1990s, my wife and I were camping in the Newport News Park and while there one night we both experienced separate encounters with what we both believed were ghostly encounters. I was walking back to our campsite at night when I felt and heard someone behind me but when I turned and looked there was nothing. My wife meanwhile was back at the campsite and as she gazed over towards the campsite next to us she envisioned and recognized a confederate solder walking toward her but he also disappeared in the blink of an eye. We wanted to share this with the readers on this website on this 150th anniversary of the Battle of Dam No. 1. We do not have a deep belief in ghosts but on that night, there was something out of the ordinary happening.
